Dr. Patrice Berthod is an Associate Professor in materials chemistry and researcher at the University of Lorraine.He received his Bachelor and Masters in Mechanics of Solids in 1985 and 1987. He obtained a Ph.D. in Science and Engineering of Materials in 1993 and an Ability to Direct Researches in Chemistry in 2010. His scientific production is 262 articles, 81 proceedings, 88 oral communications, 117 posters and 5 patents internationally extended (superalloys for glass forming tools, eutectic ceramics).
